Five Guys

Came in late at night close to closing and had a great time. I’ve been to five guys many times and it’s one of my favorite chain restaurants. The customer service that Kevin showed us made my day after a long day at work and the food was good as ever. The milkshakes were on point and the fries were banging.

Ordered delivery from the app. The person who delivered our food, did not knock or ring the doorbell like the instructions had asked, and our food sat out here for we don’t even know how long. By the time we got it, the fries were hard and cold that not even microwave could save them, the burgers were dry and The milkshakes were melted. I called the store first, and they said that they don’t do delivery, which we ordered from the app and they said that they don’t deliver through the app which was obviously a blatant lie as we have receipts to prove we ordered from the app and from this particular store. The only reason we got results was because we called corporate and they were understanding about the situation. The food was inedible, and to some $62 isn’t a lot but tell us it is we just

So I haven't been to a Five guys in a long time, but I figured I was right here in the plaza and I would go ahead and order something... I paid over 13 bucks for a bag of lukewarm lightly salted fries and a completely plain little Burger because I did not know that I had to tell him, the young cashier, that I also wanted toppings, and instead of asking me the question whether or not I want a toppings, which is probably what they should be trained to do if a burger is coming out plain, they just rang up the burger and took the money. The issue isn't in the food or the location it's in their management teaching their cashiers how to properly take an order.

Simply the best burger joint around. Love the burgers and love the fries. They even have malt vinegar available. Peanuts while you wait. What's not to like? The people that work there are very nice and helpful. The burgers are made fresh and the wait isn't too long. This is a great place for lunch or dinner, especially if you like burgers.

Ever since they changed to fry bags, you get half the amount of fries you used to get when they used cups. 5 guys claims it's the same size. I think the are not filling the fry bag as much as they could and/or not giving a full extra scoop like they have in the past. Been there twice now since this change and both times the large fries wasn't enough to share with two to three people like it used to be. Price is the same though.
