Five Guys

The food not worth the money. I used to enjoy once in a while a good hamburger. , at five guys … The onion was hard, not sauté, meat not well cooked, it was chewy. I would not recommend this location.

We love 5 Guys but tonight’s burgers were terrible. Their buns are usually so good, not tonight. Not worth $9 if they changed something up they are to lose our business

Staff just standing around talking. Noone bothering to make milkshakes. So while my food goes cold standing here I get to wait on them to refill the milkshake machine then to make the milkshakes. They knew this was on the order because someone started to then just walked away, im assuming because the machine was empty. But instead of filling it he just decided to walk back over and have conversations with other staff and cook 1 burger on the grill. New visit: Same issue as always. Thankfully the guy working fry is paying attention and hard at work. This time he acknowledged me when noone else would and asked me which order I am waiting on. Staff just standing around talking while others are hard at work. Joking laughing and getting no work done while the rest of the staff looks irritated.

I love their food!! Their portion sizes are wonderful. I also ordered my food to the wrong location. This location called the other location, cancelled the order, made my order, and made sure i didn’t double pay. They’re angels!! I love them!!!

My first time having five guys on lunch working , loved the service I received from the Wesley chapel location in particular. The burger patties were excellent just not a fan of how the bread falls apart so fast
