I had a solid experience at this Five Guys. The process was made very easy by the two ordering machines located right at the front, which helped keep things moving quickly. The burger was good as always, though I found the Cajun fries to be just okay this visit. A major plus for this location is the space; there is plenty of seating available, so even during busy hours, I had no trouble finding a spot to sit and enjoy my meal. It's a reliable choice if you're in the neighborhood!

I have been here multiple times. Staff is always friendly. Food is served hot and fresh. Haven't waited more than 5 min to get food.

We had a pleasant experience enjoying cheeseburgers at this Five Guys location near Chinatown and the city center. The burgers were delicious, combining melted cheese, sautéed mushrooms, pickles, tomato slices, lettuce, and more. The ordering process was efficient, allowing us to place our orders through kiosks or directly with the staff, and our burgers were ready in just a few minutes. While the restroom facilities were clean and well-maintained, we noticed that the seating area could use a bit of attention, prompting us to clean our table before sitting down.

Classic Five Guys experience — bold, fresh, and satisfying! Grabbed a cheeseburger and drink at this Five Guys and it hit the spot. The burger was stacked and juicy with crisp lettuce, melty cheese, and all the toppings I love — wrapped in foil, still hot and messy in the best way. The soda machine? Insane variety — flavors I didn’t even know existed! The red-and-white tile decor gives it that classic diner feel, and the place was clean and bright. Great for a casual bite with plenty of seating.
