Five Guys

I go to Five Guys all over the country. I go because I have dietary restrictions and Five Guys are great at ensuring the staff prepare my order with consideration to those restrictions and ensure I don’t get any cross contamination. This location was one of the best! The woman who took my order was great! Very personable, she tried to upsell me without being pushy too. The interaction with her was the reason this visit stood out to me. I wish I could provide her name but it wasn’t on the receipt, unless her name is Duane. Thank you Five Guys!

Not the best five guys. The lady that took our order couldn’t get the order right. I had to repeat myself 5 times. The onions and mushrooms on the burger were not cooked much and were definitely slim on the amount. Flavor was still great on the fries and burger itself though.

Employees are really helpful and kind. Very efficient and helpful. Very clean atmosphere. They put a great show on w their music when they sing and dance. The manager Ben was very amazing very helpful and kind.

The food is pretty dang expensive compared to other burger places but it is definitely good quality. They have tons of options of what you can put on your burger and tons of options of things you can put in your milk shake. They also have a large variety of drinks in their fountain machine. The fries are expensive but they come with a lot so you get your money’s worth. The restaurant was clean and we got our food quickly.

Management is cheap. Loooong wait at noon on a Thursday. Only 2 employees working in the front part of the kitchen, saw just 1 in the back. Only ordered fries (which were ready out of the fryer when I ordered) yet had to wait 6 mins. Also were clearly out of fry sauce and had to remind them to refill it
