Five Guys

Kind of dirty. I’ve been in two Five Guys in Mass/NH this week (Newton and here) and in both locations most tables had bits of food on them and there was food on the floor. There are so many people behind a five guys counter I don’t understand why they can’t keep it clean to a basic standard. On the bright side I LOVE the hot dogs.

The burgers were good, fries were not so good compared to others. One of the employees (I assume his is a manager - the guy with long hairs ) was not friendly at all. Did not impress with how he interacted with customers.

EXTREMELY Clean!! Place was spotless and the whole staff was taking really great care to keep the place safe and clean. Order via the APP was simple and allowed me to customize my order and pickup time without any hassle. I ordered off their secret menu and enjoyed the grilled cheese hamburger with all the toppings. I'd def. go back there.

We went at 9pm on Saturday 11/15. They were too busy to pay attention and when they took our order we ordered burger and fries. They were out of Fries at 9 pm on a Saturday and they had been out for hours with 10 bags of potatoes in the dining area, they store them there. They were still laughing and joking with their friends in the dining room. They were childish and not professional, we won’t be back and nor will our friends and family. So disappointing.

I personally like a good Five Guys but this location hasn’t been hitting for me. Today I ordered a bacon cheeseburger ATW and the bread was soggy. The burger was very juicy but the beef patties were bland and the two others I came with agreed. Of course there was no complaints about lots of fries but the burger should stand out at nearly $10. The assembly was pretty neat but the flavor needs some work. This is not the first time I got a burger from here with these same issues and that is why I’m going to recommend the location in Derry. Again, It receives this rating because of the burger issues only, the place itself is pretty neat.
