Five Guys

I had the pleasure to eat at 5 Guys Burgers for the first time last week. The free peanuts were a nice treat while they make your meal. The best tasting beef I’ve had in awhile. The fries were outstanding and plenty! Perfect match for my salted caramel real cream shake! Very cool staff! You gotta try them!

Was looking for a nice place to stop on our way to visit family. Decided to try out the Five Guys in the closest vicinity to our approximate location. I figured it wasn’t going to be the best because it was a chain and usually isn’t very good. But even with the bar set low, this place still failed. 5 minutes for a burger, cold top bun and slightly warmer-than-lukewarm bottom bun. Burger was falling apart like kinetic sand and I tried my best to eat it, but couldn’t. The patty was okay so I tried to save it as I don’t like to waste food and don’t mind getting my hands greasy. The patty was cold within 15 seconds of being exposed to the air, and it was like someone pinched relatively 10-15 bite sizes of raw meat, clumped it into a circular shape, and then threw it on a pan. Burger was raw and cold in the middle, definitely was not up to temp and not up to standard. Very disgusting.

You can create your own burger from the wall of ingredients. The fries are from fresh potatoes and are salted well. The sizes are much bigger than most places give. The roasted peanuts are a great add on. They have a good selection of drinks too.

This is a really nice place to get freshly cooked, good quality burgers and fries. They make it fresh to order every time. Very nice people that work here. They always greet you with a sincere smile, never distracted or in a hurry to rush you. Always kind 😊 They should look into getting lights for their sign. Being tucked away in the corner like they are, you don't know it's there. A hidden gem.
