Five Guys

I really enjoyed the fries. The seasoning added really good flavor. The burger was fine. Making and picking up my order was confusing. There wasn’t a drive through there was a sign that you had to scan to order on mobile phone. I placed my mobile order & then went to the pick up parking area and waited until the app said my order was supposed to be ready. No one ever came out at ready time so I drive around and went to the pick up window to get my order. Once I got my order I did enjoy my meal.

I had a complaint against this store and someone reached out to me and wanted further information so I just want to simply say this often times you only have one chance to have a continued customer and I don’t think it is too much to ask to simply season your meat for your hamburgers is that simple? Who who in the right mind wants to eat a bland hamburger and charge him $24 for a hamburger french fries and a drink and not expect to have a great meal and want a continue customer it was bland. There’s no more I can tell you I just simply will not return. It’s just that simple.

11/7/2025 4pm Manager on Duty James This Five Guys was the cleanest and friendliest establishment I have been to in a while. When I came in I was the only customer at the time and the manager on duty in another employee was making small talk. They quickly acknowledged acknowledge me. I ordered a cheeseburger with barbecue sauce small fry small drink. Everything was tasty, hot and fresh. I sat in the restaurant while sitting I observed at least 10 customers come in after me all greeted with the same friendliness, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Every employee that was on duty was working and not standing around even though at the time I first came in they were not busy. There was someone taking out the trash, there was someone wiping things down, there was someone prepping, and the manage

My husband and I have gone here three times in the last week and a half! The customer service has been good, the restaurant is clean, and the food has been great every time. It's nice to go somewhere where the employees seem to hold themselves to a standard.

You guys know I'm nosey, so of course I had to try the new Five Guys. I'm so thrilled to have one on our side of town on 9 mile! It's very clean and spacious. They have a drive thru for mobile pick-up orders. Great addition to our growing 9-mile businesses. Great staff. I swear, their small fry is bigger than any large fry I've gotten elsewhere
