Worse five guys experience ever messed up my order and food was cold

So Five Guys is usually hit or miss for me and it depends on the location. Natick Five Guys is the best Five Guys I've ever had. I ordered online for pickup, it was ready at the time I was quoted (during lunch rush). The staff was extremely friendly and my burger was amazing. Definitely my favorite location in the Boston area, possibly period.

My my, this is one burger joint you’ll want to hit! Five Guys creates amazing food, there burgers and fries tasting absolutely heavenly compared to other restaurants. The staff is friendly and the service is quick! The prices are right, and that’s all I have to say about this great little burger place.

Addictive burgers. Very filling !! They have nice fries (pricey though) . They always give the extra scoop of fries to make them worth the price and make you feel like you re getting a good deal. Most stores I visited were great. Zero stars rating for the NY Times Square store. It is a dump and should not be in service. Plus many people come from around the world to that area. All they see and experience is a diseased sickening store with staff that looks like they are tortured just been there and look like they wanna stab you for placing an order. My friends were adventurous to eat there. They got sick. That store should not be open for service. Other 5 guys stores I visited were cleaner and more welcoming.

This is a Five Guys. What was it that they used to say about McDonalds? Not the best burger you've ever had just the same burger you've always had. Apply the philosophy here; they've got good quality control, the method always is the same, and the burgers are always what I expect: not fantastic, but a good, worthy meal on the run (or when I just don't feel like cooking). Way better than most fast food places! I enjoy having peanuts available to take the edge off when I'm waiting for them to call my number. And I'm grateful that there are multiple options for my family: grilled cheese, veggie burger, hot dog. Generally a solid experience with the team; never have been rude almost always cheerful and greeted me with a smile and were kind to the little ones. And did I mention the fries
