I just walked into this location with no one in line. The guy near the counter made eye contact with me. I pointed to the kiosk he nodded his head telling me to use the kiosk. I started trying to use it but being my first time using their kiosk, I was having issues. I tried to get his attention but I could tell he didn’t wanna help as he seen me trying to get his attention. I began to figure it out but couldn’t figure out if I could get my jalapeños grilled as I usually do. A couple walks in and as they walk straight to the counter he goes and helps them while now making eye contact with me. I’m like forget it, I’ll eat something else. I walked out and went to my car and called to get the manager which was him but refused to give his name. I walked back and asked if he was the manager, an
Amy was incredibly helpful and attentive while we placed our order. I truly appreciated her care and precision with our order. Thank you!
The food was good the atmosphere was fine, but the price was a little steep. Only because you don't have the option the do combo's. You have to buy everything separately
My friend was hungry and she offered to pay otherwise I would not go here on my own because the prices are ridiculous. I got a cheeseburger with the works so lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, mayo & ketchup, I believe. Also I ordered a small fry and a regular drink and the total for mine came to $20 and some change. I was excited because they have a freestyle machine, I wanted to get Cherry Ginger Ale but I think the syrup needed to be refilled. The burger was decent nothing to brag about but it was definitely a bummer that they thought they had to consume my burger with way too much topping so when I got to it, it was basically a mess
Staff was extremely patient during a trying time. The only thing I would suggest is that they move to a nut free oil for their fries. And if you have not allergies it's just dangerous and Burgers without fries, don't make sense.
