Five Guys

Usually would be a 5 star because I love 5 guys and come here at least once a month. Today was just a little different. I ALWAYS call ahead and place my pickup order. I usually pay when I get there but the lady on the phone who has “worked here since August” said that I have to pay over the phone. I told her I’ve never had to do that and Simon knows I’m going to pick it up, I also told her I was driving and on the way and that wasn’t very safe to get out my purse, wallet, and card while already on the phone. She continued to tell me I needed to pay over the phone so I told her I was going to pull over. but she couldn’t figure out how to have me do that so I was on the phone with her for a total of 7 minutes before I started driving again and asked if I just needed to call back or something

Mushroom and pickles always go great on a 5 guys cheeseburger. Salty fries and a fountain soda always a win.

Seems like the days of actually getting fries in the cup and bag are gone. For the high price of each meal item and the fact they operate on the fact that they overstuff the fries in the bag, my experience is pretty pathetic. My regular fries weren’t even filled in the cup and there was a small handful of fries in the bag.

Very frustrated. We go to this location a few times a month. We picked up our online order, brought home and half of our meal is missing. No fries at all. Tried calling the store and the phone just rings and eventually hangs up. I just want my money back for what I didn’t get.

We have not been in a couple of years. I had forgotten how excellent these burgers are. They take a few minutes to be made, but totally worth the wait. Hot, fresh and delicious. The french fries are awesome as well. Tons of toppings to choose from. Totally recommend. Be prepared for a little bit of expenditure however. 10/2023 update ... Burgers are still really good! The overhead music was a little over-the-top during this visit. Heavy rock and a bit loud.
