Five Guys

If I could give zero stars, I would, Terrible Service. Today, I went to elmwood with my son for some food. Before I left, I checked my food to make sure everything was correct. As I ask about my fries, as seen in the first picture, they say” have you ever ate at a Five guys before?” I then stated that I did and that’s why I was upset about my fries because they handled it with ZERO care. I also asked for everything on my burgers and hotdog, I did not get that. I ended up paying 50$ on some food Tha didn’t even have any toppings but meat, cheese and the bun. the service is horrible, manager was rude as well, they don’t handle the food with care at all.

Three of us went and thought the double cheeseburger with everything was great. The service was good. A large fries could easily feed a family of five. The small fry is truly a single serving. The quality of the burgers was very good and everything you would expect for the price. The coke machine was a bit off, the Coke Zero mix was inaccurate. But the burgers were Yummy! We are going again.

Hunger: burger. Find the fry down in the bag now. Take your time, order two. Extra seasoning. Five Guys’ Bacon Cheeseburger is a messy, meaty masterpiece. Juicy patties, crispy bacon, and melty cheese all stacked in a toasted bun that barely holds it together—because flavor this big refuses to be contained. Pair it with a mountain of fries and brace yourself for delicious chaos.

I stopped in during the lunch rush for a quick lunch. The dining area was mostly filled and the staff was visibly working hard behind the counter. I ordered my meal on the kiosk, customizing my burger and fries to my liking. Less than 10 minutes later, I was leaving with my food. Everything was just as I ordered and tasted great. Five guys is a bit more expensive than some other burger joints, but the quality and portion sizes justify their pricing. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again.
