Five Guys

Terribly run restaurant. They have absolutely no consideration for people who place orders on third party apps (such as UberEats). You can place an order way in advance, and they won’t even BEGIN preparing the order until after you arrive, which obviously defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. The manager at this location has to understand that the employees must start preparing mobile orders upon RECEIVING the order in their system, so that the order is ready when it’s supposed to be. Intentionally wasting people’s time should be seen as an issue worth fixing.

Always a Great cheeseburger with ketchup, just delicious. The restaurant was extremely clean and there are plenty of seats. The food was prepared fairly quickly. The bathrooms were very clean. There is plenty of free parking, it's a shopping center.

Let's give credit where credit is due. After a long back and forth with the kids trying to choose lunch, we decided on Five Guys. It had been a long time since we've had it. Thinking about it, it was like the earliest fast casual that elevated the hamburger. Way before shake shack or smashurger or bareburger or whatever. Note that if you have anything resembling peanut allergies, you should stay away as there are literally peanuts everywhere. Freshly roasted, unshelled peanuts in cartons, are available with little paper boats for munching on as you're waiting. Their fries are fried in peanut oil. So the rundown. The team members were nice but the burger was horrible. The grilled onions weren't cooked all the way and tasted sweet, there was too much ketchup and not enough mayo. It was very dissatisfying and I've never really had a bad burger from Five Guys until now...

Avoid ordering online if possible. You will get your food faster if you are not too far from the store. Ppl order in the restaurant always get their food before me.
