Five Guys

Its a good burger, had not been to a 5guys in a long time. I did like it better then smash or shake shack.Lots of toppings to choose from. From what I remembered the normal order of fries was a whole field worth of potatoes, so just got a small order and it was still a bunch. They dont skimp on fries. They are a bit more pricey then others but the meat was good, and for an occasional fast food burger craving, its worth it.

Five Guys burgers are pretty good. I took advantage of a special they were running for their 40th birthday anniversary, with a BOGO on their burgers. I'll credit their staff with working as hard as they could and everyone was super engaged as the BOGO special had them busier than ever. I like the taste of their burger. The fries are great and they always give you an ample amount of fries. It's just that the price is too high in my opinion for a burger and fries. To each his own.

Well, well, my experience with my guys was not good. The food was really not that great. The only thing I really like was French fries in the milkshake. The better wasn't all that I got a bacon cheeseburger. It's tomato on pickles, the pickles taste it very nasty.

Five Guys is one of the staples of quick service burgers. This location is smaller, and long and narrow... but well maintained. The crew there were nice, and the food was consistent with other Five Guy's locations I've been to. It's a good stop in a busy shopping center in Gainesville, just minutes off I-66 and Rte 29.

Terrible experience at Five Guys. I came in with my elderly parents, and the place was loud — music blasting, a child crying — so hearing anything clearly was already difficult. After waiting far longer than normal, I went to the counter only to be told that “my number was called many times” and someone must have taken my order. Then the employee followed up with, “You just need to pay more attention next time.” That is completely unacceptable. I could barely hear the people sitting right next to me, let alone a number being called from across the restaurant. Instead of acknowledging the loud environment or offering a simple apology, they blamed me for not hearing them.
