Five Guys

I made a delivery order through the five guys app which was delivered through door dash and unfortunately was missing an item. I called the store and spoke to the on duty manager Dylan who had a beyond rude tone and told me to either call door dash or come into the store for a refund. After calling door dash and being told to work with five guys I decided to drive to the store and speak to Dylan face to safe. The store was busy tonight, so to give Dylan (the active manager tonight) the benefit of the doubt that maybe he was overwhelmed and busy is no excuse to be rude with a customer on the phone calling in over an online order through their five guys app that was missing an item upon delivery. Who doesn’t love Five Guys? Consistently great service with a smile! Delicious burgers and fries! The restaurant is ALWAYS super clean too!!

First time to Five Guys this evening. Thought it was a to pricey at first but the regular size burgers are doubles! And the “Littles” are singles. But still a good size burger. And fresh and very tasty. Good customer service. I wasn’t standing there for long till I was greeted and helped even though they were kind of busy. I’ll definitely be back. The burger and fries were pretty good. Just a tad on the pricey side. But not a deal breaker for me. I wasn’t able to find a good pic of there menu on google maps. So here ya go. Hope it helps!

My experience here today was nice the staff was good and helpful, food was good fries meha.. kinda burned, inside the dining area very clean and well taken care of 10 out of 10, Overall everything was very good I was just surprised by one thing I saw and that was the lady assembling the burgers was wear pink crocs and those don't seem they could be appropriate footwear were there is grease... Thanks for the good gourmet burger, $20 for everything is a little high but worth paying alittle more for a A+ plus rated dining area!
