Five Guys

I’m extremely satisfied with my experience at Five Guys. The service was great, the food quality was excellent, and the milkshakes were amazing. After placing our order, it took only about 5-10 minutes for everything to be freshly prepared. While waiting, we could actually watch our burgers and hot dogs being cooked, which was a nice touch and really shows the freshness. The only small downside was that it was quite cold inside to sit and eat, but that’s not enough of a reason to take away any stars. Overall, a fantastic experience and nothing but praise from me. Highly recommended!

I recently visited this location, and I couldn't wait to leave a review, primarily because of the incredible staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and friendliness that made my entire experience truly enjoyable. The workers were so nice, attentive, and helpful, and they clearly take pride in what they do. It’s rare to encounter such a consistently positive attitude in a quick-service environment. Beyond the outstanding service, the food was excellent. Thanks for providing no bun options.

Love it! I love the food from this place. It was great! I ordered take out. They give you a bunch of fries. The milkshakes are great. Only complaint is that the front counter staff were not friendly and didn’t go the extra mile to provide excellent service. Also, staff members were not wearing gloves when food handling.

I had the worst experience at Five Guys in East Rutherford. I placed my order around 6:10 PM and didn’t receive my food until 7:30 PM, over an hour later. During that time, I kept asking for updates and was repeatedly told, “Just one moment.” Meanwhile, they continued taking more and more orders (in-person, Uber Eats, and DoorDash) while the people already waiting had been there for 30+ minutes. The restaurant was packed, and multiple customers were visibly frustrated and complaining about the excessive wait times. It was clear they were completely overwhelmed and not managing the order flow properly. If they can’t control the volume of orders, they shouldn’t be offering multiple ordering platforms at the same time. It creates chaos and leaves customers standing around irritated. By the

I come to this five guys a lot! Probably like once a week. The staff is amazing. Very friendly and the burgers are always amazing!! Shoutout to the five guys crew!! Yall are awesome!!!
