Five Guys

This was our first experience at a Five Guys, and we were pleasantly surprised! Opting for the bacon cheeseburgers was a wise choice as they were delicious and the toppings were just right. I decided on the Cajun fries while my husband went for the regular ones. In my opinion, the regular fries stood out more due to their ideal balance of saltiness and crispiness. Overall, Five Guys is a fantastic option for those seeking a higher-quality burger compared to typical fast food establishments.

Y'all. I had the best experience at Easley's Five Guys today. My husband and I went for lunch. Their food is just as reliably delicious as always. Somewhere along the line, I lost an important envelope, which I didn't figure out until I got home. I called Five Guys to see if they'd found it. They hadn't, so I decided to head back to look for it. They were SO helpful and concerned. One of the employees even caught me in my car before I left to ask which trash can we'd used. He then searched the trash for it. It was beyond over and above good service, and I'm so thankful for their care and concern.

Ordered a burger and fries and it was great! Unfortunately the guy taking my order did not get my order correct. I generally wouldn't complain but if I'm paying $15 for a burger and fries I want it to be right. Mistakes happen and service was fast.

Great customer service and they live up to the five guys. Promise of delivering a great hamburger!!!
