Customer Reviews
Went in when they opened, the manager was upset that an employee unlocked and opened the store even though it was 11:05. After a minute of awkward arguing, the other customer in front of me was told that they can't serve them so we all left. I understand being ready for the work day is important but it's 11 o'clock man, should be ready for lunch by then. $20 burgers and they can't be open on time.
I cannot believe that it cost $22 for a burger and a medium order of french fries....geez!! The burger was just mediocre and the french fries weren't even completely done... they were limp. This was my first time eating here and it was my last. I had a steak a couple of nights ago at a local restaurant and it was only 18.95 for the steak, a baked potato and a salad. Five Guys...why are you charging such outrageous prices??
This is a fine option for a hamburger restaurant. There are plenty of options on the menu and I like that everything is freshly made. The Cajun Fries had a great taste but were way beyond salty. There are a few vegetarian options but I wish they had a vegetarian fake meat patty to give a vegetarian some protein.
First time here. Will definitely return. Fantastic fries and fresh burger. Even had sauted mushrooms and onions available at no extra charge on burger. I see how they got their great reputation.
Around $38 for a double cheeseburger, fries, soda, grilled cheese and milkshake. Empty store at 2pm and even with 3 staff members, it still took 15 minutes to get me a cold burger with unmelted cheese. Fries were decent and portion size was big... wont be back with all the other options in dubuque that do everything better for less
