Five Guys

Whoever this RUDE manager is should be FIRED!! We sat down and started to eat our $41 burgers and fries and I have never felt more uncomfortable!! To start, he was RUDE taking our order and rushed us. THEN the manager pulls his phone out and starts blasting music off his phone on some speakers WHILE the store music is still going on. TWO SONGS BLASTING!! All the employees start laughing and staring at us. CLEARLY we were not wanted there. I will NEVER go back here again and I hope no one else supports this business either!!

1/24/26 - Outstanding customer service! I ordered delivery for the first which got screwed up by Door Dash. Fortunately, Christian, was incredibly helpful in ensuring that we got our food delivered with a different delivery driver. He even called me back to make sure we got our food which I really appreciated. Thanks Christian!

Arrived around 9:30 p.m., close to the 10 p.m. closing time, and was warmly welcomed. Staff was friendly, smiling, and attentive—offered water and checked in to make sure the burger was good. Great service and great food. Big thumbs up to the team working that night.

Fantastic customer service at this location! I went today and the male worker was not only cooking but bringing out the orders for everyone. Then I watched him immediately start cleaning the floors and tables even though it was clean and proceeded to say farewell to each customer leaving. He deserves recognition, best service and burgers at a Five Guys I’ve ever had :)

Oh the Five Guys magic is here. Juicy, flavorful cheeseburger and fries that are crispy on the outside and delightfully moist inside with just the right amount of salt. Good service and good and clean atmosphere.
