5–Guys is the best place for an excellent bacon burger (and a bacon dog)!

This location lives up to its height. It's 5 guys all the way fries are awesome. Burgers are great and even try growing their hot dogs. The staff is awesome. The prices are okay and the food is just awesome.

A loud, fussy child made this visit less pleasant. It had been a long time since we had visited, so we figured that we were long overdue. About the only thing that has not changed is the availability of the peanuts. The burgers and fries did not seem as flavorful as we remembered, nor as cost effective. The bun quiclkly fell apart. Even without beverages, the cost for 2 people to have burgers and share small fries for lunch will cost nearly $30. We satisfied our curiosity about more recent reviews, but are not likely to return. Fortunately, there are other better, closer places for burgers, fries, and shakes that cost less.

The food was delicious, especially the burger it was made well. I came in 15 minutes to close (I know I know but I had just spent the day at the hospital with my wife and we are having to stay the night, I needed food). The manager (on Oct 7 2025) made my night though with his excellent customer service. He had no idea I was dealing with anything but he had a smile on the whole time and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. Thank you for making my night.

Food is always good, but the online ordering for 5 Guys ruins the experience. Either the food is ready much earlier than the time its ordered for, or they start making it a few minutes after you arrive. I think the point of the app is making people commit to paying before they arrive and realize the line is long and they will be stuck waiting.
