Great service and delicious food! Visiting this location was a pleasure. Katina, the market leader, is incredibly helpful and welcoming, and Alana is very knowledgeable about nutrition.

This is the best place! The food is delicious, there is such a variety of meals to choose from and all of them are clean eating/well rounded to help me towards my fitness goals. The staff is so friendly, engaging and makes the best use of their time keeping the store clean and pristine. Their points/rewards program is fun and has so many ways to help give you the best bang for your buck when it comes to meal prepping. So thankful I found this place and it will definitely be a regular addition to my meal prep!

Walked in today and honestly the vibe alone was enough to leave a good impression. The place is simple and clean, and just feels like the kind of space that just feels positive. What really stood out was the team. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Just genuine kindness and people who actually care. Even without trying the meals yet, the experience itself felt positive and refreshing. A spot that makes you want to come back.

Everyone at FitLife is helpful and engaging. A welcoming atmosphere. It’s such a great way to keep myself on track for those days / weeks where I can’t muster the energy to meal prep myself. I’ve been coming here since before the pandemic, and I keep coming back!

Fit life foods is amazing if you dont want to cook and you are looking for something healthy and affordable. Food is so good and sweet meals 10/10. Highly recommended
