I ordered brown stew snapper and was told it would take about 20-25 minutes but I waited 45 minutes for the order to be completed. The brown stew was served in a cup on the side. It was loaded with oil and water and not flavorful at all. It was more oil and water than gravy. Even after skimming a lot of it off, there was still a lot left. This was not good at all. I've never had brown stew like that. I hate giving low reviews but if I'm paying $30 for my food, it needs to taste good and this was disappointing. Also the music was extremely loud, like being in a club. I went to the store next door and could hear the music loud and clear in there.

First time here, I ordered the oxtails and fried chicken. The chicken was mediocre, Popeyes or KFC beats them hands down. Thank goodness I ordered chicken, if not I would have had nothing to eat as the Oxtails were terrible. They were not even close to tender and the flavor was unforgivable. There was an overpowering taste of clove or cinnamon or somthing. None of the heat or savory flavors that island cooking is known for. My wife tried unsuccesfully to add some spice to this EXPENSIVE dish but that clove taste was too overpowering. This is what happens when a business stops caring about what they serve. In the end I just threw them out, and it hurt because these were OXTAILS! ... and just like most of these type of restuarants the dish I ordered wasnt readily available and I was told to

The food was absolutely amazing! FRESH and authentic. Flavorful. Service was nice as well.

The oxtails and rice and peas were worth every cent and the drive! Delicious!! Nyheema was helpful, courteous, and went the extra step to make sure we were pleased with our order.

I’ve always wanted to check this place out and everything was a 10/10!!! As soon as we walked in we were greeted and told about the menu and specials. Wasn’t sure what I wanted to the beautiful lady helped me with a few options. So, I got the curry chicken plate, a beef patty, and bottled lemonade(not pictured) I felt like I was back in JAMAICA and will definitely be back soon!
