This BBQ shop inside of the farmers market has some of the best BBQ in the state. All their meats are so tender and packed with flavor. Their vegetables are all fresh and cooked so well. The gravy is delicious, the sides are each so high quality. Everything about this shop is done well.

I have been purchasing poultry bi-weekly from this vendor for over a year. Months ago, my chicken drumstick purchase included two broken drumsticks. I had to throw them out as they were badly broken and I did not feel safe to eat. The next time I went to the shop, I told the older woman and she said “Oh”. No apology or offer to replace. I asked her to make sure I didn’t get broken pieces and my chicken was fine. This week I ordered 3 drumsticks as part of my poultry order. One of the drumsticks was broken badly and had lots of feathers. This was upsetting. First, it had to be known it was broken when picked up or placed on the ice. Second, the associate had to know it was broken when she picked it up to put in my back. This is unacceptable. Not going to patronize them for a while if eve

If you're planning a party, this place is the bomb 💣. I ordered for a big crowd (80+) I was hosting in my backyard. Placed my order a couple weeks ahead. Ordered pulled chicken, pulled pork, rotisserie chicken drumsticks and thighs, mac and cheese, and bbq carrots. Everything was hot and ready to go, and right on time. Neatly packed, and all delicious. Not a scrap of mac and cheese or carrots left. And not much of anything else either. Highly recommend!

Fishers has great BBQ ribs, I drive quite a distance to get there. I do suggest to always pay cash, my card has always been overcharged between 7 and 10 dollars! This happens at every stand in that market. I still go, just pay cash everywhere in that place.
