Fish Tales Bar and Grill

A beautiful outdoor seating area with a gorgeous view of the sunset. You can watch boats, large and small, dock nearby as you grab apps, a drink or a full meal. The food isn't life changing, but it is good and served quick. Add in the ambiance and this is a nice place to visit, especially with family - there is a playground on site.

First I will say that this is one of our favorite places and we go every year. So I guess I'm a little prejudiced that we love this place. The food is excellent. Don't worry about that four star rating on the food. It's just that we could have also a whole bunch of high end restaurants. In terms of atmosphere and service you're not going to have better. It is definitely a family-oriented restaurant. However, while you wait there's definitely the ability to pick up a drink and hang out on the docks waiting for your day. This is a very high recommended restaurant

Hard pass on this restaurant for food. The drinks we had were good and it’s a fun vibe in OCMD overall so that’s the 3 stars. I ordered the Ahi Poke salad and it was 90% wonton crisps and seaweed salad. I kid you not I had to order a side of cabbage to even be able to eat it. I ended up ordering a basket of shrimp because I still needed food. Seriously just get some fries or something if you’re going to eat here.

Fish Tales!!! Oh why aren’t you closer? Hubs and I have a tradition that goes back YEARS! First stop is always Fish Tales for a dirty Banana. If they aren’t open. We wait!! I love sitting on the deck looking at the water and the boats. I always take pics. Mostly of my drinks and my toes. And us! We go every year . Try and do two trips. We’ve done 3 a few times. Added some pics!

Great family friendly place. Decided to try this place after seeing it on IG and it did not disappoint. They appeared to be busy, but we were seated right away. We placed our order and the kids went to play in the play area and our food came out a short time later. All the food was delicious. Our server was attentive and friendly. We finished dinner and went back to the play area for the kids. Highly recommend for families with smaller kids. This will be a new regular place for us!
