WARNING: This outlet was hired to produce 10,000+ units of my jellies. They had step by step instructions to do so; my recipes. Luke changed my recipes without telling me he did so. I've been producing these recipes commercially for a few years at this point with no problem. I had confirmed the recipes with them on 5 different occasions prior to production runs, and they said no worries. That they knew what they were doing. This has cost me over $130,000 of retail products of production, and after many interactions later, Luke said he would replace my materials and is now saying he will not. This space is darn tight getting into with a 48' trailer! But the people that work here are awesome, patient and efficient. Always streamlined when I pick up here. Watch for traffic backing into the dock because people zip through without much regard for safety, I'm assuming because they're headed somewhere very important 😉
