Vicky was our server and she gave a fantastic first impression! She was super attentive, cheerful and it felt like she knew what I needed before I did. My son had the Tres Leches French toast and I had the turkey sausage biscuit and gravy we loved it! We will be back!
We just had the best experience with our server Dee, she was attentive and extremely personable. We will go out of our way to frequent this location because of her! We ate ate the location on Mockingbird Lane in Richmond. We live much closer to the one near Midlothian.
My wife and I have eaten here many times. Food was good. However, Dee, our server was exceptional! My wife has celiac, and she immediately went into another gear. She checked back with her about her dish, and our course mine too. We ordered coffee, she left us a small carafe for refills, the same on our water. She brought us coffee to go, we didn't have to ask. She was very sincere with us and added to the experience. Management.....take note, Deana, is a keeper!
Edit, What a bad experience. I had an eggs Benedict and it arrived hanging off the plate and touching the table. Upon attempting to eat it, I was greeted with cold undercooked eggs with runny whites. I think that the kitchen was massively overloaded with the sheer number of Sunday diners. Management need to start turning customers away, rather than compromise quality in this fashion.
The works omelet was good, biscuits and gravy were good, ordered eggs over medium but came out barely over easy. The million dollar bacon came out cold, but my husband liked the spicy/sweet combo. Potatoes were great. Server was ok, she came took the order and didn't see her until the check time, someone else brought the food, stood upfront talking to someone.
