First Watch

The place gets busy as most new things on Craig do, but it did not disappoint. Overall quality food with a great presentation. The pricing is reasonable and the staff was stellar. Our server was patient and attended with attention to detail. The food rating took a hit because the pancakes did not meet our expectations. The coffee was excellent and the vibe is one rarely found on Craig.

Great place for brunch. The serving we're very generous and the dishes were very flavorful. I really enjoyed the three tacos. Our least favorite was the location we were seated. It was right by the window where there was no blinds so if your seated here, I recommend you take sun glasses cause the sun will be facing you. I went in today for breakfast. I was greeted by Anthony or Andrew and he asked if I wanted a booth or table? I said booth would be fine. He walked me over to a booth where Eddie was wiping it down. I went head and used the restroom. And when I returned my server Mary introduced herself and said she would be right back. She did come right back and took my order. I ordered the purple haze, breakfast tacos, blueberry lemon cornbread, carrot pancake and potatoes togo! Everything was absolutely delicious!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Everyone that I came in contact with was very nice and friendly! The location is excellent, very clean, bright, and feels brand new. The staff is well trained and friendly. Our server Andrew was especially great. He took time to understand our preferences and helped us choose dishes we would really enjoy. The atmosphere feels like a modern, elevated breakfast and lunch spot. It is fresh and inviting without the old-school diner vibe. The food was excellent. The house made lemon vinaigrette on the salads was vibrant and refreshing. The candied bacon was a fun twist and perfectly sweet and savory. We loved the salmon Benedict, tres leches French toast, and honey crumble coffee. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared and full of flavor. Overall, it was a great experience. Stylish, comfortable, and delicious with outstanding service.

So excited that First Watch has opened up in North Las Vegas! My group and I stopped in for brunch and had such a great experience. The menu has a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, and everything we ordered came out quickly. The food was flavorful, portions were generous, and the presentation was spot on. What really stood out was the service—our servers were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. It’s nice to finally have a solid brunch spot in the area, and this will definitely be one of our new go-to places. Highly recommend checking it out!
