First Watch

Such a great experience! The coffee was absolutely amazing—so smooth, rich, and flavorful. The food and service were just as wonderful. I had the blue pancakes and a protein bowl with chicken, kale, and quinoa, and everything was fresh, filling, and delicious. Our server, Tiffany, truly made the experience even better. She was so kind, helpful, and an absolute pleasure to be served by. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests. Highly recommend this spot for great food, great coffee, lovely atmosphere and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be back!

My favorite place to have breakfast is First Watch. I haven’t been in this location yet. We were lucky to get in right away, because after us came a lot of people and there is a long wait now too get in. The food is great as always . Martha was very nice and answered all my crazy questions due to my healthy eating habits and limitations lactose intolerance. I took long to figure out what I want to eat ( morning moodiness wanting five things from the menu at the same time lol) but she kept checking on us and we finally ordered. I ended up having avocado toast with salad instead of the eggs and a serving of roasted potatoes. Thank you so much Martha for the great service and kind understanding . This just became one of my favorite First Watch location , so definitely coming back!

Courtney Bagwell truly makes this place special. From the moment you walk in, her warmth and professionalism set the tone for an incredible dining experience. She’s attentive without being overbearing, genuinely kind, and clearly takes pride in making sure every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Courtney’s knowledge of the menu and thoughtful recommendations made our meal even better. It’s rare to come across someone who elevates a restaurant experience the way she does—she’s an absolute standout and a huge reason we’ll be coming back! Give her a raise!!!

Very nice place! The food is amazing good, and I love the coffee and chimichurri steak and eggs hash, the best I’ve ever had. A lot of people are waiting but the outdoor bar seats are open, they are nice too.

First Watch is always a good breakfast/lunch place as the food is fresh and there is a variety of options to choose from. I particularly enjoy the Katy Fwy location due to the ample parking, friendly staff, lower noise levels, and there's never too long a wait. The service is always speedy and the staff is attentive. My server Tammy was amazing!
