First Watch

Good food and friendly, efficient service! Had the blueberry pancakes with sausage and the Italian frittata. The pancakes were excellent and I loved the blueberry compote served with it. The frittata was slightly overdone and dry though the flavor was delicious with the combination of potato, spinach and mushroom. The side salad had a dressing which was a little too bitter for me (may have been the endocrine leaves/stem). Great, day service with an ever so friendly staff.

This restaurant is a true gem! We were so impressed with the fast service from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was incredibly nice, and we especially appreciated the generous distance between tables. It made navigating with our stroller and car seat a breeze, which is a huge plus for parents. And, as always, the food was amazing! We'll definitely be back.

We stopped into the First Watch in Broomfield and had a delicious meal. I got the turkey biscuits and gravy with an egg on top and loved it. I used to go to first watch in Sarasota, Florida about 30 years ago I loved it. It was my favorite breakfast place for years. Some things were a bit pricey, like the champagne and a single pancake. It was good to be sure but… The atmosphere was light and bright a bit loud. I will add it was a Sunday morning, which is prime time and probably if you want a quieter day go mid week. I really enjoyed my food. Glad we found another first watch 30 years later.

Always a great dining experience, regardless of the location. I love the fresh pressed juices they offer too.

Great breakfast. We had a variety of foods and a couple special drinks. Everything was good and the service was quick as well as getting our food. Staff checked in several times and we had a great time!
