First Watch

One of my favorite places for brunch, even when dining solo! I ordered the bacado omelet (literally bacon and avocado, topped with sour cream and pico de gallo- hold the sc and pico) and substituted potatoes for the dressed greens. While I like the greens, the potatoes are the best of any breakfast/lunch place around. I also ordered two of the multigrain pancakes, and ended up taking half of them home because I forgot how large and filling they are. Special shoutout to my server, Jillian. She was fantastic! Even with the Sunday rush, she was attentive, friendly, and super efficient. The food was great and the service was, too.

If you love a good breakfast place that makes AUTHENTIC Fresh food then this is the place. I am a huge biscuits and sausage gravy fan, and this place is the only place I’ve had around here that makes authentic southern Biscuits, Nice and fresh with the most delicious gravy. Also got the breakfast tacos that Work omelette and chocolate chip pancakes, And not one of the meals, disappointed. Not the best potatoes that would be my only critique. 5 out of 5 all day long. The server was extremely professional and extremely polite his name was Stephen.

We just had our first visit to the new First Watch in Brick, NJ, and it was fantastic! We had been to one in Virginia and were so thrilled when we heard they opened this location. The restaurant was spotless, and the staff were super friendly and polite. And let me tell you, the food was absolutely delightful! This is officially our new favorite breakfast spot, and I can't recommend it enough. Definitely give it a try!

First time at First watch in Brick, overall great experience. The food is really good and the menu has a lot of great choices. Glad to see another breakfast area in the TR/brick area. I had one the breakfast sandwich specials, really great!

Food was terrible! Million Dollar Bacon was good. Million Dollar Potatoes not so good(half the Potatoes were hard. Bacon and cheese omelet was edible! Pancakes fell apart and not good at all! Syrup was sugar water, with no maple flavor. Coffee mediocre. Will not return!!!
