First Watch

My server was great, the food came out looking great. I’m not a complainer but as I started eating my salad I came across a rotten salad bowl. I showed to my server and told her please let the kitchen know it’s time to throw out the greens and start fresh. Thought she would return with a manager for an apology or perhaps a refund on the salad but nope it was a “thank you I’ll let them know”. Sorry but servers need to be trained to standards in this restaurant. (See attached photo)

We commute 45 min for breakfast once a week to this location ONLY!! We love our waitress Princess!! She goes above and beyond not only for us but all of her customers. Princess is very attentive and knows our order before we even tell her. There are times when we have waited just to be seated in her section because of how amazing and friendly she is (totally worth the wait) :) Thank You Princess for being so good to us!!

We love eating breakfast at First Watch restaurants and today our food was delicious, and consistent with what we expect to receive at First Watch. The Farmhouse Skillet was outstanding and pancakes were quite good too. The service, however, could have been much better. This was especially true as the place was not busy when we arrived early on a weekday. There was only one other party in the dining room when we entered. The place gradually filled and more than half the tables were occupied when we finished. Our waitress was not attentive to keeping our glasses filled with iced tea and we experienced long waits as she stopped by our table infrequently during our meal. We would like to come back and hope this is improved the next time we stop in to eat at this location.

Nice, clean place. We went on a Saturday morning, and although it was packed, we didn't wait long for a booth. The service was a little slow, out server would walk by us and not ask if needed anything and it was hard to get her attention, I get they were full but not an excuse to just come over and check on us, we waited for condiments for a long time which made our food cold. I don't really see the hype in this place. The food has no flavor and is mediocre at best. It is a nice place for breakfast with the family but not crazy about it.

I love this franchise the food here is normally amazing. But I ordered to go from there today and it was horrible!!! The food was extremely salty all of it. The chicken sausage tasted disgusting. It was just horrible! Worst experience I’ve had at any of these locations. I always order the same thing which is the market hash, it is normally very good. I’ve never been disappointed at any other location but today my experience there was horrible! The food was so salty that I can still taste the salt.
