The restaurant is in the lobby of the Marriott but it is not Marriott owned. The couches are stained and in need of recovering. They have flowers on the table, but they are not attractive if they are dead. The Fish and Chips was oily, they need to raise the heat of the oil. The menus are are showing wear from age. We mentioned these to the manager, he was polite but didn't seem to care.

DO NOT RECOMMEND We had a 7:30 PM Valentine’s Day reservation and still waited about 20 minutes to be seated. The booth was dirty, service was extremely slow with 30 minutes for apps to touch the table and another for entrees. Also my order was wrong (I received fish and chips instead of a hoagie and mac and cheese). I was given bread to assemble my own sandwich. Although $10 was taken off, we sat there for nearly three hours and didn’t even finish our food because the experience was so disappointing. Our server tried her best, but management was unavailable during our dinner, and I’ve tried calling for a week after our reservation with no manager available to speak or return my call. For a $200 bill, this fell far below expectations. We were very excited for a night out and dinner left

Jacob made my birthday dinner one to remember! He made the best cocktails for me and my family and provided the best service! The food also was delicious! Overall 10 out of 10 experience!!

I just want to say that the food was delicious! However, we did wait for about 7 to 10 minutes at the hostess stand. No one came over to us, and we realized only the bartender and server were on duty. Eventually the bartender came and sat us. I made the reservation to celebrate my 50th birthday but sadly, with no hostess, and no reservation system pulled up, it was ignored, which was a big turn off. Again, with more staff and the attentiveness of realizing people want to celebrate milestones, this is a nice place. Beware though, they add 20% gratuity automatically.

Lovely experience! Kash and Robert the bartenders were very attentive and Aaron the manager made sure everything was to my liking. Went with their recommendation of the lamb and oh boy!!! If I could give 10 stars I would! Would 100% recommend to anyone coming to Philly Downtown 👌👌👌
