Firesides Grill

I liked the old west atmosphere it had before. This modern look is less than desirable and does not fit the aesthetic that Dodge City is known for. The historic pictures and fake fireplace are the only thing cool about the atmosphere. The half a chicken served on your plate is one of the new menu items and should have never been an option. People come to have a nice meal that's easy to eat and not messy. Do better next time. Ok now the nice things. The rest of menu items are great! The service is outstanding.

Got the 14oz ribeye with loaded baked potato. Food was delicious, service was decent. Seating is a bit all over the place, but we got lucky with a booth along the edge. Waited a few extra minutes to get water refills and bill, but overall good. I'd go back every once in a while. 9/10

The food taste great…. Once we got it. Service left a lot to be desired. Our waitress wasn’t very nice at all . We had to ask more than once to get refills . We left paying a 410.00 dollar bill for 9 people and she got a 63.00 tip to be not nice at all !!

The food has definitely gone downhill. I ordered the 14 oz ribeye and at least 4 oz of it was nothing but gristle. It had no flavor. Was cooked wrong. I really expected better from this place and it has been much better in the past. But it has gone down hill in a very short time. I don't think we will be back

I had my hopes up to enjoy a nice meal. The price tag on the menu said nice meal. What was delivered was average and at times a poor meal. DO NOT get the dry wings. It is a dry mouth full of spice dust with some chicken. Spicey sawdust is the best description. It is not balanced, enjoyable or a good texture. My Greek Salad was average and included the end of the lettuce in it. The house fries were not much better than frozen fries. The hamburger was decent and the best part was the buns they brought out before your meal with the cinnamon butter. Beautiful setting. Waitress was friendly and put in a good effort and food was timely. Just wasn't worth anywhere what the prices are, and those wings are not even menu worthy!
