Relaxed vibe, incredible food,FIREPLACE!!!, awesome food, attentive friendly service, great music (low key classic rock type faves.) Randomly wound up here via internet search for food after hiking at Lake Taghanic State Park. Will absolutely go back!!! Wings, 10, BBQ half chicken 10, pulled pork samwich, 10 but coleslaw with peanuts good but unusual? Potato skins 10, burger 10, onion rings, 10, sweet potato fries 15! Went 8ish on a Saturday night, not crowded.

I love everything about this place!! The food is so good, everytime. The staff are always friendly and the service is fast. The one and only thing I don't like is that its always cold on the count of the fact that there are two doors on either side of the restaurant so bring a sweater. Other then that its perfect.

Fireside shifts between a 3 and a 4 for me. They don't take reservations, which is totally fine, but when we went on Valentine's Day it was reservation only 🤔 which surprised us and many others that were turned away. There are times where the food tends to be on the salty side (and I like salt) and their mashed potatoes used to be amazing but are often dry and crumbly. More consistently disappointing since it has changed hands, though they still have the best rolls and cornbread to be found!

My husband and I frequent Fireside. The food is great, service incredible. Mariah is just a gem! So personable, kind, attentive and on point. We go just to see her also now!

Stopped at this spot while on the road. The service was quick and the food tasted very good. I personally didn't try their ribs but my family got them and said they were great. We went pretty late on a Monday night so it was empty but the atmosphere was nice. They had a lovely dessert selection too! The peach cobbler was delicious.
