Firehouse Subs West Saginaw Parkway

Tight little store. Has a few tables and is kept clean. They have the make any kind of pop machine and it is functional which is nice. What I love about this location and why I gave a five is that I didn't have to wait long to get my food and it was made perfectly to specs unlike other Firehouse locations I'd been to in Minnesota. Keep up the good work.

The food and the employees were great. I was very satisfied. Employees seemed like they enjoyed their job and genuinely nice. Would be worth going out of my way to eat here again.

I came in. Said I've never been here before and I ordered two subs and 4 cookies. I didn't know I had to grab my own cookies so I waited over at the other counter and neither employee told me that I had to grab my own so I left thinking I had my 4 cookies in a bag but it was the gravy for one of my subs and no cookies.. and the employee who served my food had a crappy attitude when I said to have a wonderful day he scoffed and said "yeah I guess."

I ordered the Engineer on my way back from the paint store, and it was ready when I arrived. Great subs! I’ve officially got my fiancée hooked now too.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I’ll first star off with when I ordered my subs. I placed an online order at 7:16 pm. Saying the food would be ready by 7:30pm. I arrive there at 7:30. Walk inside the store to pick up the subs I had placed. Whenever I walked in there was only one person in front of me. So I waited patiently, and by the time I made it to the counter it was 7:32pm. Everything was fine up to the point. The lady who was taking orders just walked away and said. “I’ll be with you in one moment.” I waited for 5 minutes until I walked around to the back side where the kitchen is open to view and said I was here for my pickup. I gave the lady my name. And they said I’d have to wait an extra 10 minutes on top of the time I had already waited. (Total time since order placed: 35 m
