Firehouse Subs Wade Green

We stopped in for dinner on a Saturday in January. The store is spacious and clean. We like that each location has a unique mural. It's fun to figure out what it means. The staff was very friendly. It wasn't busy at all. We ordered 4 sandwiches, drinks and sides. We also used the bathroom. The bathrooms were very clean. We like the freestyle drink machine because it offers so much. We ended up mixing the unsweet tea with the strawberry lemonade (fresh not freestyle) and it was great. We all enjoyed our sandwiches. I always get the Hook and Ladder. We like that Firehouse donates a percentage to first responders. It feels good to support the cause.

The customer service is incredible! They greet you in the way in and are super nice! The food is delicious, I'm a repeat customer and I'm definitely coming back!!

Online order pickup time 3:30pm. 9/9/25. Food was so soggy the bread fell apart. The meat was cold on the Large New York steamer. medium turkey and provolone and the bacon was raw. Not to Mention to light colored 6-10 inch blonde or light brown hair that was BAKED into the soggy wheat bread. Baked into it. I couldn’t even pull the hair out. I had to break the break down and that’s when I threw it away learning it was indeed a long hair baked into the bun. Disgusting and absolutely gross. Check number 1000188. Will never eat or order from this restaurant ever again. Also a local that lived on Wade green and will let everyone else know also. Gross and shame on your firehouse

Ordered in the app at 12:38. Order said ready at 12:50. I watched many people come in after I placed the order and get their food, so after 12:52, I decided to check. They had no record of my order. Then the manager wanted to act like because it hadn't come through yet, then couldn't make it. It was after 12:55, and I showed them my receipt email and in the app. Finally got it after 1:02. Kind of upset I waited almost 30 minutes and they were being hesitant about making it. Would have been nice to offer a drink or size upgrade or something at least for the long wait. Can't imagine how long it would have been if I never asked

I came in as the store opened and had an order for 10 boxed lunches. They immediately started working on my order and kept me updated with the progress of the order. They were very accommodating and the order was prepared and ready to go in a short amount if time!
