Firehouse Subs

I happened to have dined here last Spring. A friend of mine stopped by this shopping center and I was starving. I really wanted Subway,,but then I thought,,why not . She was kind enough to wait on me as I went inside to order food. Parking was easy and there wasn't a long line. There were customers and this place is very unique in decorations. Unlike some sandwich shops. From what I do recall is I selected my toppings,my drink and I paid up front. While I waited for the sandwich,,a few more people began to come in. This location is very popular with Door-Dash and food delivery apps. I collected my drink from a machine that was separate from the cash register area. When my meal was ready,,I tipped the server. Had a really nice lunch at the Firehouse Subs in Ventura. I asked Tatiana about the chicken and dumpling soup as to whether it was good or not. She said it was very good and delicious. I ordered it and to my surprise she was right, it was very good considering it was from a fast food establishment. Every time I have been to Firehouse Subs, the food has been very good. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs.

Got a bunch of subs during their 50% off promo, every single one was delicious, my favorite was definitely the new Cuban BBQ. Medium sized sub is huge and their large is gigantic, incredible bang for your buck, Panera could learn a thing or two about portions!

We love Firehouse subs! Their prices are reasonable and sandwiches are delicious. The staff is very nice and the restaurant is always clean. If you want bbq sauce or any dressing just ask. Their sandwiches come with a slice of pickle which is really good.

I am usually very happy with the sandwiches here, but today I am super disappointed. I stopped in to get a small hook & ladder. To go. When I got back to my office, which is about 10 minutes from the restaurant, I opened the bag to find there is NO MEAT AT ALL on the sandwich. None! Just the bread, lettuce and tomatoes. There goes my lunch. $13 and no actual food. What a waste! The people were nice, but they completely messed up my order. And I’m still hungry!
