Firehouse Subs Simi Town Center

Today, Monday 02/09/2026. Quality food and the atmosphere is calm with lite music playing in the background. The crew are professional and friendly. I always deal with the staff & they are always on there “A” game. They are led by their manager John and crew Louis and Josh. It’s a great place to eat by yourself or family, today I came in with my daughter. She is so excited to try the Cajun Spicy Chicken with jalapeños. She’s braver than I am, it’s already spicy to me. I came in today around 1 PM and just wanted to say that every time I visit, I’m always amazed by how welcoming everyone is. Today I ordered the Turkey Bacon Ranch, and it was warm and fresh. Even though they were busy, everything was prepared in a timely manner. The staff always makes sure to greet me and wish me a good day, along with happy holidays. Luis is always there and truly helps make Firehouse a welcoming place. There was also a very kind young lady who made my sandwich quickly while still keeping it fresh and enjoyable I believe she said her name was Kiana. The team works great together and definitely deserves recognition. Happy holidays to all!

I came in today during brunch in the morning with what looked like one of their busiest rushes, and I was seriously impressed. Even with a long line, the staff stayed organized, friendly, and on top of every order. The sandwiches were made perfectly, fresh, well-put together, and came out faster than I expected for how packed it was.The atmosphere here is always warm and welcoming, and today was no exception. The crew looked pretty young. Two employees in particular stood out, a young woman and a man who were hustling nonstop. They were moving quickly, communicating with each other, and doing everything they could to keep customers happy. It’s the kind of effort you rarely see anymore. All in all, a great experience. The food as always was not bad, at least from what it smells like. I have to say I could not even wait until we got home to write this review. The guy who was at the front had to be the most ignorant, rude individual that I had ever encountered in customer service. First of all, he saw us walk into the establishment, did not acknowledge us, and was yelling to the back to his co-worker. At first, my husband wanted to leave and I had said, "No, we'll stay until he acknowledges us. I then asked a question regarding one of the sandwiches and he was super rude in looking at the board and not wanting to answer my question. I stopped by Firehouse Sub this morning to use my Tmobile Tuesday offer. I never been to a Firehouse Sub before and there none around where I live but this store is about 1 mile away from my work so I came here. I got to the plaza about 5 minutes before they open so I just sat in my car. This place is in a plaza with a lot of parking spots so you won't have any issues finding parking. When I walked in, I was the first customer of the day so I avoided any long lines that I read from other people reviews. I walked to the cashier area and told them I would like to use my tmobile offer for the medium hook & ladder sub and I also got a bag of chips. The interior of the place is decorated with a lot of firefighter stuff so take the time to look around. My food took about 5 minutes to be made so
