Firehouse Subs Saratoga Town Center

My favorite to get here is the Jamaican jerk chicken and I always add avacado to it. They had this new cherry limeade drink but it was pure sugary water to me. Didn't taste anything like cherry limeade, however, they have like 200drink combinations that you can choose from on their digital fountain machine. Absolutely love their subs, the employees are always great to me too.

So T-Mobile was offering a Firehouse sub for 9.79 buy one get one free for T-Mobile tuesdays. When I went to order my sandwich it limited me on toppings that I could apply on my sandwich that I'm paying full price for one and it didn't allow me to add any seasoning. This was the most boring sandwich I've ever had in my life I've made it better. With stuff from HEB at home with HB bread cheese and ham. It was just insane the fact that I'm paying full price for one sandwich and you don't allow me to add the extra vegetables and seasoning because of the T-Mobile deal. And the fact that the sandwich wasn't even toasted when I have put toasted on there and that it was soggy when I got home is disgusting....If this was your way of trying to get customers to come to your restaurant to get people

Came it last weekend to pick up our online order. I had LG Thanksgiving & whatever my girlfriend ordered. Was greeted immediately. Which we love! employee, Lori checked on us, told her we ordered online, gave our name. Wasn't ready, totally fine! She bagged a few orders, called them out. Then the shorter young lady Rira( not sure her name she was further away from where we were) she told the cashier "I think you put too much stuffing & turkey" Cashier replied, " I weighed it out" To which she replied, "Well, Im not putting all that on there its gross!" I ordered a small Italian Sub & a medium French Dip. Sandwiches only & it cost me $21.59 My Italian sub was only 3" long, missing the ham & pepperoni. The bread was hard like it had been retoasted. & it was $7.29. I called the store 11 times & got no answer. Today I called & spoke to Sanchez who claims there is nothing they can do. I asked for the manager & she ran interference. Also disconnected me twice. Don't ever eat here as they are not the same as when they opened & customer service does not exist. Headquarters will be getting involved.

I had a deeply disappointing experience at this Firehouse Subs location in Corpus Christi. I placed an online order at 7:11 PM with a promised ready time of 7:25 PM. I arrived at 7:29 PM. When I walked in, an employee named Laura asked if I was picking up or placing an order. I told her I had placed one online. She asked for my name twice (I have a unique name), located the ticket, and said it would be ready shortly. That was fine, so I sat down directly in front of the register to wait.
