Delicious food and service at a great price point. Great value and clean restaurant. Warm subs with soft bread. Yummy pickles and the hero sauce, you could dip an old shoe in it and it would be delicious. What a yummy sub shop. Must try for lunch,thank me later 😀

Little to no line, delicious subs. In my opinion one of the best I've ever had. Better than subway for sure.

I’ve always liked Firehouse Subs, but my last visit completely changed that. I was there with my sister when the general manager made an inappropriate and uncomfortable comment about her appearance, which was especially concerning given her age. Knowing she was underage made the remark incredibly uncomfortable, and the whole situation felt inappropriate. While ordering, the girl that is named after a Disney character rang up the order wrong and there was a girl with short hair who strongly smelled like bud, which honestly turned me off even more. Pretty sure she was one of the managers. Between the uncomfortable comment toward my sister and the lack of professionalism, the experience was concerning. I like Firehouse, but I won’t be coming back.

Ordered from DoorDash sandwiches were horrible. They felt like they were pieced together and put in the microwave. The bread was chewy. It was warm. It wasn’t toasty at all. Just very bad quality horrible. I had the hook and ladder and New York steamer and they both just tasted chewy bread like it was warmed up in the microwave.
