Even though this location is busy they attend to the guests so well and friendly. I love the new fries they have to offer there and I will be back. Thank you firehouse subs an the deliciousness you’ve provided.
Great staff, clean restaurant, great food for the price.
First time at this location, will probably not be back. The food is good. The wait was longer than expected but I was okay with. What’s not okay is the lack of professionalism coming from employees. All of the employees I interacted with in this establishment were the furthest thing from friendly. I work is the service industry. I understand being busy and stressed out. It is NOT an excuse to be rude to paying customers.
The manager, Priscilla was amazing, from the moment we walked in. She was nice and made sure we got everything we needed with our meal. She was also doing a great job teaching those on her shift. The mac-n-cheese was delicious!
They are really nice, they cook really good. Also i really like the inside it is calm. I love this area highly recommend it.
