Firehouse Subs Pickerington

The place was soooo dirty it’s unreal. I honestly should call the health department. The food was horrible. I haven’t been here since new management took over and to say they suck is an understatement. I got the Thanksgiving turkey sandwich and it legit barely had anything on it. The turkey was warm on the outside and cold on the inside. The stuffing was so dry and there was barely any cranberry sauce. I only tried it because it reminded me of a sub place that use to the around here that had the Bobby. This definitely isn’t a Bobby so if you find yourself wanting it for that reason RUN. The fries were so overcooked and the weird sauce they give with them taste like tartar sauce and miracle whip together. Strange sauce for fries. Definitely won’t be returning.

Oh my God, the sub was delicious. The little staff girl that took my order and everything.. was so nice. I ordered a club, hadn’t eaten all day. Worked 10 hours. I forgot how delicious the subs are.

Best customer service I have seen in a while. I ordered 4 subs with turkey on the app, but somehow the actual order didn’t say NO HAM on it and so they prepared the subs with Ham. I did not check it when I picked up but I came back and informed them about it. I am not sure where the mistake happened, but I was willing to let go if they wouldn’t want to make new ones. The owner was so nice and had made all the four subs again without HAM without charging anything extra. Very pleasant service and love the way the owner handled it without any complicated discussion

I liked that the employees engaged in a fun conversation with me while making my order. Food was exceptionally good. This is probably one of my favorite sub places to eat.

I know food prices are increasing but the food is getting smaller. It's bad when Subway piles on layers of meat and here we get layer (one). Ever hear of "Where's the Beef?" Yeah seriously $15 for bread and a slice of meat. You advertise chocolate chip or oatmeal cookies but all you can order is oatmeal but you have chocolate chip in the store along with a brownie to choose from. The cookies are 2/3 the size they used to be. All told $50 for delivery on DoorDash of 2 subs, 2 chili cups, 2 cookies. Lonestar costs the same delivered. Do us right or just close up shop.
