Firehouse Subs Palm Bay

I had a take out order for a Cajun chicken sub and my husband picked it up for me. My husband returns home with my sub and once I open it and pick up on half of the sub, there was a long, pink hair wrapped around the bottom of my sub. I called them to let them know what had happened, never asked for a refund or replacement, and to be honest was pretty nice about it when I shouldn’t have been. The girl answering the phone, Angelina, sounded nice until I made her aware of the long, pink hair in my food and I advised that I’m not longer eating my food and to be sure that whoever’s hair it is, to not let it get in someone else’s food. Great place to grab a quick sub? The subs are very tasty and juicy. They are much better than subway for sure. Not to mention the 🔥 sauces are great. They are ranked by their hotness. I went up to 8 and it was not very hot. I recommend this place for beverly . Thee have very good suba.

I’ve always loved firehouse subs. The Italian and brisket are both my favorites. However, I’ve not been to firehouse since before my pregnancy. Fast forward a few years later, I purchased a kids meatball sub for my young child and it was EXTREMELY small. Maybe 3 inches in length and only two tiny meatballs, 1/2 of a slice of cheese on top. Very little red sauce. My TODDLER, ate the whole sandwich and was begging for more food afterward. The kids meal is not worth the price and you will still have to hit McDonald’s for a happy meal when you leave here. Very disappointed in the portions.

Something for the younger generation to consider, when an elderly person is looking for a "call in order" please consider that they might mean a mobile pick up. I submited an order for my mom and she drove there and back home without her food that I paid for. After I called the shop, they explained they didnt think to check there for her... So she'll be eating cold food an hour after its been made with no offer to remake reheat or even a bag of chips as a sorry.

I just ordered three sandwiches and mac and cheese to go from this store. There was a roach in the bag with my food. I immediately threw the whole bag outside into the trash bin. When I called to ask for a refund, the manager was extremely rude. She started the conversation by telling me that there are no roaches in the store and refused to refund the order. She wanted me to dig through the trash bin to get the bag of food back out and bring it to the store. I explained that I could not do that, and she then refused to refund the purchase. We will NOT return to this location again, which is a shame, since we were regulars. I'll be purchasing my sandwiches somewhere with fewer roaches and rude employees.
