It was our first time at Firehouse Subs and we visited this location. We noticed there were specials on the app so we went ahead and submitted an order online before arriving. We got the turkey & provolone sandwich and the Hook & Ladder on white bread, which was buy one get one 1/2 off through the app. We were able to select the veggies we wanted and added more to our liking. When we arrived, there were a couple other people waiting for their orders and we noticed ours wasn’t ready on the online order pickup area so we had a seat. The restaurant itself was clean and tidy but I could tell the workers were busy. There is a nice sauce bar available with to-go containers with over 10 hot sauce options. There was a spicy meter and each hot sauce had a label based on the spicy level. We got a
Employees at this location when I visited were really nice. This was my first visit to this location. It had been a while since I visited a Firehouse Subs and I wanted their meatball sandwich. I tried their meatball sandwich with the garlic bread. The meatballs were good, but the garlic bread made the sandwich too salty for my preference. Live and learn. I also bought a pickle bucket. 😆 $3.00 donation to their Firefighter Foundation. Thank you for not wasting and for contributing to a great cause.
The female cashier was sweet and polite but the guy making the sandwiches 'kiran or kian' was rude and tossed my box on the counter because I asked if my meal came with a pickle and he had forgotten to include it. He rolled his eyes and said yeah. The other girl with curly hair and glasses is always great but this guy ruined the visit for me.
Love firehouse subs, quality is soooo much better, ingredients taste fresh always!!! And my food when toasted is hot and delicious def always recommend better than any other sandwich place!
Big fan of the subs, but there's a lack of consistency here that isn't great. Just had a sub drowning in mayo, but the last time I picked up the same sandwich ordered the same way had very little mayo. Sometimes you get a pickle and sometimes you don't.
