Firehouse Subs

Staff working on Saturday 12/6 around 4 PM were absolutely disgusting. I ordered online, showed up 20 minutes later, and walked in to someone screaming from the back of the restaurant. No clue what she was yelling about. Instead of walking over like a normal human being, she just kept yelling across the whole place until another employee literally popped up from one of the dine-in tables like a groundhog and kept repeating, “Name? Name?” I told her my name FIVE times. Nothing. Finally had to flash my phone like I was showing ID at a club. She looked confused, half-awake, maybe fresh out of a nap? Who knows. She silently wandered off to find a stack of receipts hanging off the printer like this was a shock to her. Still no apology. And of course, it took forever. While I’m standing there

I can't answer the "service" as it was pick-up, no interaction. Ordered a number of times from this exact location. Same items. This is the first time that the white bread was actually tasty along with the....meat inside. Don't know if the bread supplier was changed or what but...both sandwiches were great! Lots of product stuffed inside. Hopefully it will remain likes this for some time!

This is my first time at any firehouse sub restaurant. I was there only impressed. The place was clean, the sandwich was good, and the service was excellent. The people were just so friendly. More akin to what you see at a Chick-fil-A during non busy hours than at a fast food place. Very impressed with the service here. I also like the story of how this place was founded. I would come back.

Placed a pick up order, when I went in to pick up my order I walked up to the only worker I seen in there which was an older woman with very short orangey curly hair. First of all she was yelling extremely loud on her phone which startled me upon entering the facility, then she ignored me when I informed her I was here for pick up and proceeded to yell on her phone. She then looked at me crazy as if she’s not working a job, grabbed my food and placed it on the counter with an attitude to which my sandwich fell sideways in the bag. When I got in my car and opened the box the sandwich was a mess. This was 11/18/25 at 2:55pm. Extremely Horrible service here would not recommend this location to anyone at all!

Excelent place to have a good sub! I got the spicey Cajun sub it was just perfect. The bread was also excelent his the perfect portion not to big or to small, just right. When I visited it was not busy at all though that could possibly be different at lunch time. One of my favorite things was the container where I got the sandwich it made me feel like my sub was prepare with care, unlike that other place that just wraps it in a piece of paper. I will come back for sure. 😋
