Firehouse Subs Mt Pleasant

Order took over 30 minutes. There were MANY errors in what was ordered! Attached is their version of a “lettuce wrap” which was supposed to have lettuce in it- there was one piece of shredded lettuce and a piece of someone’s hair. DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I loved firehouse subs years ago and have just recently gone back. This was my second time in the last month and had similar experiences both times so feel I should comment. First, the food was sub par… roll was not toasted, they claim it was but I’m not an idiot, it was not toasted and was cold. The meat on the sandwich was a lot less than what they used to put on there, was not hot and extra thick slices (I guess to cut down on how many slices they have to make). They ask if you want a pickle, I said no, the check says no, but they still put on there (not a big deal but just goes to overall lack of attention and details). Sauce bar was gross, dried up sauce in bottles and dirty bottles from dirty hand grabbing them and new bottles that I had to open the safety seal on (why wouldn’t you

Went in at 11:45 am and only one person was in front of me, almost done ordering. At 12:15, I finally received my sandwhich to only find out the small size is basically miniature. The entire time I was there, the general manager was in and out of the back doing something with the tea machine and not helping the two associates that were on the line making sandwiches and running the register. He piped up and said that the two associates did not have any training at all. Why were they left with no help on a lunch shift? I didn’t receive an apology of any sorts, just excuses. Worst experience I’ve ever had at firehouse subs. Ordered online and drove 15mins to the store. Ended up waiting almost 30 mins upon arrival. Manager was no help as multiple people stood around waiting forever. Cherry on top I got no pickle with my sub and they didn’t even take the time to cut it in half like they usually do. Terrible location!

I am on student council at school and needed a very large sum of firehouse hats a couple of weeks ago for a pep rally… Blake helped me out a ton! Getting them for me was no small task but I really appreciated his consideration as he could have easily dismissed my request. Very cool guy and great service. Seems small but he really helped me out! I appreciate it!
