Firehouse Subs Mountain Perkins

This location has improper ventilation. I've been to many Firehouse subs and the room is never filled with smoke or steam. This location is filled with steam/smoke - people were coughing - When we asked about it they said it was steam. The horrible part of it is once we sat down the staff behind the counter proceeded to talk crap about us as customers. We take pictures for our reviews and once they saw that they yelled out "go ahead and record us, record the steam we don't care" 9/19 Noon. My wife was grossed out by her sandwich and did not eat it as you will see from the pictures. I ate mine but it was overly wet and the pickle was completely flat and misshapen which I thought was odd. We will probably never be back which is a shame in our small town so we just got some amenities finally

During a recent snowstorm I was forced to go to a competitor's shop, one associated with an underground railway conveyance. Firehouse Subs stands head and shoulders above their competition when it comes to quality, flavor and the amount of ingredients and meats they put on the sandwich. I hadn't been to the competitor's shop in a while and I guess I had been spoiled by Firehouse. I was blown away by how much better your subs are! I always get fast, friendly and accurate service from the LaFollette location as well. definitely five stars from me!

This place is good, food and all. The only thang is it stays pretty busy everyday and all day so not much room for parking or even to set or stand in restaurant; but, the service is good, they try to make it fast as possible with all the orders. Also love and recommend the cheddar brisket

We had two different orders and it first started with the name. My last name was given and instead of repeating it back to me when it was called out it was as completely butchered and it’s a very common name. Then the second order I overheard the employees whispering on how my last name was to be pronounced. I tell them I don’t want certain things on/with my meal and that wasn’t correct Just for 2 medium size subs (8”) was over $22 that’s INSANE! That didn’t include any extras on the sandwich’s or chip or drinks. Sorry but at least at Subway I can get better service, veggie selection and price for a mediocre meal and experience.

Tiffany was such a great cashier. She gave us a great recommendation and was very friendly during our visit. Food took longer to come out than expected and it’s very smokey inside. Besides that, thank you!
