Firehouse Subs Morton Park Plaza

A new location we wanted to checked out. We placed an order via the app and scheduled a pick up time. When we arrived, our meal was ready and we decided to dine in. The food was tasty, fresh and warm. We were assisted by Zoe and Elisa. Great customer service by both!

I’m gonna have to give this place 2 stars today. I was so excited when I realized they were building a Firehouse Subs in Morton Ranch but after ordering with them a few times…. My order has been distinctly wrong multiple times now. It’s very frustrating to have driven all the way home to find out your sandwich is completely wrong & when you have picky eaters at home. I feel like my order is pretty easy. I order a club on a sub with no ham and I substitute for extra turkey instead. Each time I have ordered this they just completely don’t add the bacon that it comes with. The ticket clearly states (no ham). It never says no bacon so I don’t know where the disconnect is or if this is a training issue. I also tell them no mustard which has been forgotten at least twice as well. Overall, foo

The owner at the New firehouse sub on Morton Road was extremely rude to my family and I. When we got there, we saw him sitting in his truck didn’t know he was the owner at the time. Just saw a man sitting in a truck staring at us weirdly I saw a coupon on the ground. I’ve been down to pick it up and read it, then took it inside the firehouse up. Shortly after the man ran up to the cashier and told them we can only use one coupon per person customer which was fine then he proceeded to say yeah you picked that coupon off the ground I saw you As if I had stolen a coupon from out the store. I proceeded to tell him OK yes I did and what’s wrong with that? He didn’t answer me. He was saying it very loudly in front of other customers, as if I did something wrong. Surprised then with a 9 sandwich order and they got it out fast with out delay. I am happy I chose them. Theh have to be the best in katy.
