Absolutely Wonderful Experience at this Location!! From start to finish the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly helpful and you can tell that they truly care about customer satisfaction especially Tiffany, we actually drive farther to come to this location because of her amazing service and personality, the kids love her. Everything here is always clean including the bathrooms which is not something that every place cares about these days. Everything here exceeds expectations. I highly Recommend this place to anyone looking for quality service and atmosphere and I will definitely be coming back!!!

This crew was awesome, Savannah, Tiffany, and Camryn was the greatest. Well Respected , fixed our food to perfection. We're not going to any other firehouse sub again besides this one. They took good care of us. We love them for that. We just had a bad experience at the North Augusta location but it didn't stop us from giving firehouses sub our business.You can see the difference in management at these stores. Great customer service. Keep up the good work and we hope other firehouse sub locations can learn from your team. Thank you ladies for your service.

The food is great here, this is my favorite Firehouse but... Lately the environment has been horrible, a women who's name I believe was Jamie has been constantly belittling workers, I've seen these workers for awhile and they do really well but then she just yells at them. They had a lot of people come in last week and in the middle of people eating she starts yelling at this one coworker and nobody else. If he did something wrong why yell at him infront of everyone that disrupts everyone else. If this continues I honestly don't see a point in supporting Firehouse. I dont buy food to watch minimum wage workers get yelled at. To also add since I've seen her around the food has gotten worse.
