Firehouse Subs Lithia Springs

I placed a Door Dash order. My sub was good though it lacked some flavor, my toppings and was a little dry. Overall, this was my first time eating Firehouse subs in general, and it was a great experience. The food was fresh and tasty. My white bread was soft and sweet.

I can't comment on the food because I was there to pick up a delivery order. However, as a driver I will say that I was super impressed with the way the crew worked together; and even more pleased with how absolutely sweet every employee was in there interaction with myself as well as the other drivers and customers who came in despite how incredibly busy they were. I didn't catch most of their names, but I think there were 2 named Jada. Those girls were amazing. For reference, I was there on January 29, 2026 sometime between 8pm-10pm.

I stopped by Firehouse Subs for dinner and had a pretty average experience. The service was friendly, but the wait was a bit longer than expected. I ordered the Turkey & Pastrami sub, which was...fine. The turkey was sliced thin and the veggies were fresh, but the flavors just didn't pop. The bread was toasted well, but it didn't have that wow factor. The portion size was decent, but not overly generous. Overall, it was a solid, middle-of-the-road sub that didn't exceed my expectations, but didn't disappoint either. Maybe I'll try a different option next time, but for now, it's just a shrug from me."

Been here a few times. Staff is always friendly and my order on point. Definitely recommend. Make sure you get extra napkins. lol Huge sauce selection.

Nathaniel is the best! I was not planning on dining in, but after his great customer service I decided to dine in. Even after I received my food he went out of his way to ensure I didn't need anything further.
