Firehouse Subs Ledgestone

The sub is fantastic just excellent. I've always found the service to be very quick in addition to eating here I sometimes pick up orders as a delivery driver and this is one restaurant I never have to wait at. It is a bit pricey a medium Sub combo is around $15 which seems pretty darn high to me but is the point fast food dining is getting to right now. If you sign up for their rewards program on their website there are some pretty good coupons available.

I placed a mobile pickup order today and went in to grab it from the pickup rack, which is right at the front. The store was pretty busy, so I quietly grabbed my bag that had my name on it, double-checked that everything was inside, and headed out. As I walked to my car, an employee came outside and watched and just stared at me the entire time, even as I got into my car and drove off. It made the whole situation feel really uncomfortable and awkward. I understand things get hectic during rushes, but being watched like that after simply picking up my own order didn’t feel great. I hope the staff can handle mobile pickups with a little more clarity or communication in the future!

Took 45 min to get my order after placing online which would have been fine if they were swamped, but they weren’t. I asked and was told I was 3 tickets down. I asked again after 2 orders were brought out and told I was still 3 tickets down. I placed my order online, drove up there and 5 min after getting there a couple ordered their food and got it before mine. I’m never one to make a big stink, but after 40 min I finally got a little irritated and magically they all of a sudden got my food out.

We usually order take-out after ordering from app. The location is convenient and they offer good deals in app. Can't get enough of the Hook & Ladder! Our favorite sandwich place.

I LOVE eating Firehouse Subs, but the online ordering system on their website needs a *serious* overhaul. My workplace has meetings on occasion, and we tried ordering sandwiches for multiple people for lunch. Every time I added a third or fourth item, it would kick out the last item or sandwich that I had just added to the cart. When we finally *did* get everyone's order into the cart and went to check out, I didn't realize some of the things had gotten kicked off the order until I got to the restaurant to pick up the order. So, I ended up having to place a separate order there, anyway. Unfortunately, it's not the first time we've had an issue with trying to order on the website.
